J.2.10 Tumour of stomach
- Specimen of proximal part of stomach and spleen of a 68 year old female.
- The rugae appear normal.
- A rounded lump, well circumscribed, 5cm in diameter is seen arising from the serosal surface of the stomach.
- Cut section of the lump is solid.
- The spleen shows no abnormality.
- The histology revealed a spindle cell lesion.
