M.1.9 Prune belly syndrome (Eagle-Barret syndrome)

• Wrinkled lax abdominal wall (Prune like)
• This is due to poorly formed abdominal musculature.
• This is part of the  Prune belly syndrome.
• Focally the abdominal wall is thin and ruptured exposing the abdominal organs .
• Both feet show talipes vulgus deformity.
