K.1.21 Ovarian tumour
- The cyst has been cut open.
- The surface of the cyst is fairly smooth and covered with a white thin capsule.
- The wall of the cyst is very thick and irregular at places.
- It consists of groups of fatty areas and few dark (probably haemorrhagic areas)
- The inner lining contained necrotic, dark crumbly material.
- Histology showed a Sertoli - Leydig cell tumour of ovary
