H.5.9 Lymphomatous infiltration of the kidney
- This is a longitudinally cut opened kidney.
- The surface is smooth.
- There are multiple blotchy, irregular haemorrhages of varying sizes.
- The cut section shows an ill-defined cortico medullary margin.
- There are diffuse haemorrhagic areas both in the cortex and the medulla.
- The papillae, the calyces and the renal pelvis appear to be normal.
