H.5.14 Renal cell carcinoma
- 57 year old male presented with haematuria of one week duration.
- On examination there was a mass in his left loin.
- The specimen shows is an enlarged kidney, 17cm x 10cm x 5cm.
- The cut surface shows a circumscribed solid tumor mainly in the upper pole of the kidney.
