H.5.8 Wilms tumour
- Specimen was removed at surgery from a child aged 3 years presenting with a lump in the left side abdomen.
- There is a large renal tumour.
- A portion of the normal kidney is seen at the lower pole.
- The tumour is circumscribed.
- The cut surface is solid and tan in colour.
