  • Enlarged kidney of a 45 yr old male who presented with recurrent, painless haematuria.
  • The surface appears bosselated.
  • The entire kidney is occupied by a predominantly solid tumour mass with a variegated appearance.
  • There are cystic and gray – black colour haemorrhagic areas.
