- The Kidney is cut open longitudinally.
- The surface is irregular with focal scarring.
- The cut surface shows the cortex contracted and fibrosed at certain areas.
- The pelvicalyceal system is distorted and fibrosed.
- There are multiple renal calculi.
- The largest calculus embedded in the lower portion of the medulla.
- The blackish discoloration on the surface of the calculi is probably due to altered blood.
