- The surface of the lower kidney shows a collapsed thin walled cyst in the middle part.
- The pelvic fat is prominent and increased.
- One kidney is cut longitudinally.
- The calyces and medulla are contracted and fibrosed showing fibrous streaking.
- The papillae are prominent.
- A single well-demarcated cyst is seen in the middle.
