- The Horseshoe kidney is transversely sectioned and shows complete fusion of kidneys at the lower pole.
- Note the clear demarcation between cortex and medulla.
- The lower half shows branches of renal arteries and the two renal pelvis.
- The two ureters pass in front of the connecting lower pole of the kidneys.
