X.1.2 Right foot – Squamous carcinoma arising in a chronic wound
- Foot is cut open sagitally.
- Anterior 1/3 of the sole of foot is shows a Polypoidal growth.
- Cut surface: This growth appears to invade the deeper tissues.
- Adjacent to the 5th toe an ulcerated area is present with everted edges.
- Areas of Haemorrhage and necrosis are present.
