X.1.3 Left foot Squamous cell carcinoma in the heel
- This is a left foot of an adult cut opened longitudinally.
- The heel shows a fairly circumscribed solid tumour raised above the rest of the skin.
- The cut surface shows radiating solid white colour tissue.
- The surface of the tumour mass has a cauliflower like appearance.
- The tumour appears to infiltrate the deeper tissue.
