I.1.2 Malignant teratoma
- Left testis with spermatic cord cut open longitudinally.
- The cord appears normal.
- The cut surface shows a well demarcated round mass occupying almost half of the testis.
- The mass appears uniformly pale, white and opaque.
- There are areas of necrosis and haemorrhagic areas are seen.
