C.1.3 (a) Mediastinal lymphnode enlargement & deposits in left lung
- Lymph nodes of varying sizes can be seen. Cut section is fleshy, homogenous and pink.
- Left lung – doesn’t show any deposits.
- Right lung – shows numerous deposits of about 0.5 cm diameter. (Arrow)
- Heart – Cut open. No deposits seen.
