F.2.3 Nodular liver
The liver is small in size.
The whole liver is studded with small nodules.
In addition to that there are very large nodules.
These are more marked on the ventral surface and in the left lobe, producing gross distortion of the naked eye appearance of the liver – Hepar lobatum.
