P.1.11 Lipoma of large intestine causing intersussception
- 43 years old female with ileocaecal intussusception.
- Showing the ileo-caecal junction (appendix situated posteriorly) and the proximal ascending colon.
- The colonic mucosa appears normal and a pedunculated solitary growth is seen attached to the colonic wall from the mucosal aspect.
- The surface appears smooth and cut surface appear homogenous and yellow in colour.
