P.1.8 Mucinous Adenocarcinoma with lymphnode infiltration
- Large solid looking growth in the wall of the large intestine (white arrow).
- The growth seems to infiltrate the colonic wall on either side of the main growth.
- An enlarged mesenteric lymph node which is cut open (blue arrow) is seen.
- Histology of the node showed metastatic deposits of mucinous adenocarcinoma.
