- This is a specimen of sigmoid colon, rectum & anus.
- Ulcerated tumour at the junction between rectum and sigmoid colon and extending to the entire sigmoid colon.
- Ulcers have everted edges.
- Spreading to deeper muscle tissue of gut wall.
