- This is a specimen of lower end of oesophagus and part of stomach.
- Specimen cut opened to show narrowing of the lower oesophageal lumen by a tumour.
- The tumour is seen to infiltrate the wall of stomach.
- The tumour is fleshy and contains haemorrhagic areas.
