- Portion of stomach showing the lesser curvature and probably part of the body
- Stomach looks shrunken and small.
- Cut end shows gross thickening of the wall, mainly the muscle layer.
- Fatty tissue around, is adherent to the stomach wall and contains numerous lymph nodes embedded in it.
