- 50 years old women with a watery discharge from the ulcer over the right nipple.
- The overlying skin is adherent to the underlying fatty tissue.
- The adherence is more marked in the areas of the nipple and areola.
- The skin over the nipple is ulcerated.
- The cut surface of the suspected area appeared solid.
- Histology confirmed a ductal carcinoma.
