3.13 Leiomyoma of the cervix

• A large tumour enveloping the entire cervix, so that the cervix appears to be embedded with the tumour.
• Haemorrahagic areas and breaking down areas with cyst.
• The cut surface of the ovary shows a single cortical cyst of 4-5mm.
