K.5.1 Cervical carcinoma
- 44 years old woman with smelly vaginal discharge and lower backache for one month.
- The specimen shows the uterus, cervix, vagina and bilateral adnexal.
- The cervix is bulky with a cauliflower like growth (clearly seen from the bottom of the jar)
- Uterus and adnexal appear normal.
- Histology showed squamous cell carcinoma of cervix.
