K.1.26 Bilateral ovarian cyst with secondaries in the omentum

• The uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries and part of the omentum have been mounted.
• The uterus looks small and atrophic.
• Both ovaries are enlarged. (Right ovary 800g in weight and left 300g)
• The right ovary is cut coronally and shows a multilocular cyst with solid fleshy areas.
• The left ovary is more solid and has a homogeneous appearance in most areas.
• The omentum shows secondary deposits which are whitish in colour and the cut section has a homogeneous appearance.

• Histology showed serous cyst adenocarcinoma.
