K.1.20 Ovarian tumour

• The uterus is atrophic.
• Attached to the right ovary is an oval mass, 13x7cm, well defined, with a solid, knobbly surface.
• Cut section of the tumour reveals a solid, whorrled pattern with a central scar like tissue.
• Histology confirmed a cellular Leiomyomata with hyaline change.
