K.1.10 Fibroma of ovary

• The ovary giving rise to a large tumour weighing 800g which is well defined and covered by a serous membrane.
• Outer surface appears nodular and smooth.
• Large areas are of haemorrhage seen under the peritoneal covering.
• The cut surface appears fibrous, whorly and pale.
