- 52 yr old man, with chronic cough and haemoptysis.
- Worked in the harbor for several years.
- Solid and pale lung tissue.
Differential diagnosis
- Pneumonic consolidated lung
- Tumour
- Fibrosis of lung
- Histology conformed fibrosing alveolitis.
