- The left ventricle is opened to show aortic valve, and the beginning of the aorta.
- The wall of the left ventricle does not show any hypertrophy.
- The circumflex branch of the artery is dissected and opened to show a thrombus.
- On the epicardial surface of the left ventricle there are haemorrhagic areas.
