- He has a past history of tuberculosis.
- The heart is comparatively small.
- The mitral valve cusps appear normal and there is a mass attached to the valve cusps - thrombus.
- The mitral valve allows two fingers through it.
- The aortic valve cusps are thickened.
- There is a mass attached to the tricuspid valve - thrombus.
- There is irregular thickening of the aortic wall.
