- 1st section – Displays dilated mitral orifice, stenotic aortic valve and tricuspid valve.
- Aortic valve cusps show minute, warty vegetations and fusion of cusps causing stenosis.
- 2nd section shows marked left ventricular hypertrophy and papillary muscles hypertrophy due to aortic stenosis.
